You must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years old and provide a security deposit. Have a valid form of digital payment(such as a debit or credit card and agree to the terms and condition of CashIn Drive Inc rental agreement.

A $300.00 security deposit is required at the beginning of every rental.The security deposit need to be sent to $CashInDrive on Cash App or CashInDrive on Zelle. It will be refunded 4 business days after the return of the vehicle .The deposit may be held due to damages, unpaid tickets ,fuel cost and vehicle not smoke free or cleaned.

No, only the individual listed on the rental agreement is authorized to drive the vehicle. Allowing someone else to drive may result in contract termination and penalties.

You are allowed to drive within Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas.Driving outside permitted areas may result in additional charges or contract violations. We ask the driver to notify and request permission from our customer support team for traveling outside the allowed areas.

In case of an accident, you must report it immediately.Take pictures and gather the other driver information.Follow the outlined process in your rental agreement, but you may be responsible for a deductible or other costs.

You are responsible for all tickets, fines, and tolls incurred while using the vehicle.Failure to pay may result in additional fees or deductions from your account.

Yes the vehicle will only have Liability insurance.The renter has the option to add collision, comprehensive or uninsured motorist coverage for greater protection.

Liability insurance pays for injuries and property damage you cause to others if you’re at fault in an accident. It does not pay for damage to the rental vehicle. Many drivers choose higher limits or add collision, comprehensive, uninsured/underinsured motorist, or medical payments coverage for greater protection.
